My client is looking for a COO to come on board to join their successful business. This is an exciting time to join the business due to their current success in major UK luxury department stores and also their potential expansion opportunities both nationally & internationally. You will have current relevant COO/HOR/Director experience at a senior level within luxury beauty/cosmetics/spa or service based environments.
This is a London based role covering 24 locations nationally and 1 New York location with the opportunity for further international and national expansion.
My client is looking for a profile which is entrepreneurial, commercial and driven by results. You will have the ability to build strong connections with host department stores and be able to influence. You will be responsible for an Ops Manager, a team of Area Managers and a large head count of staff across the business. You will have proven success in exceeding KPIs and managing P&L.
