Retail Banking Cashier

PERMANENT RETAIL BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE – Northampton Town

£18,840 (35 hours per week) – NORTHAMPTON Town Centre

We currently have a permanent vacancy for a well known Retail Banking branch based within Northampton town. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to speak to customers at all levels. This exciting role offers development and a career path with hands on constant training.

On a daily basis you will be involved in the following duties:

* Meeting & greeting customers face to face and dealing with general enquires over the counter and on the telephone.

* Viewing customers accounts and if needed referring them to the business manager for an account review.

* General administrative duties.

Other information you want to know:-

Hours of work:- Only 35 hours per week between Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and every other Saturday 9.30am – 12pm

Requirements:

You need to pass a credit check?

Do you have knowledge of the banking/FSA industry? (not essential)

Are you interested in a career in banking?

Confident and comfortable in talking to strangers face to face?
