Contracts Supervisor (Building and Construction)

Due to continued expansion we are looking for an experienced Contracts Supervisor who is a dynamic, self-motivated and forward thinking individual looking to further their career and take a pivotal role within our clients business.
Working alongside the Director and existing Management Team, they will be required to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and will have considerable face to face contact with Clients, Suppliers and other Stakeholders. Contracts will be based throughout the UK.

You must be able to demonstrate a high level of knowledge of all disciplines within Construction, Roofing and Cladding. An up to date knowledge of all Health and Safety requirements and a minimum SMSTS certification will be a requirement.

In this role you will be:
* Attending pre-let meetings
* Setting up projects, procurement of labour, materials, plant, sub-contractors etc., production of Health and Safety information
* Liaison with Clients, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors to ensure projects are carried out to programme and within budgets to maximise profits.
You will also be required to have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of industry recognised standard forms of Contract and a proven track record of working to and adhering to the specific requirements of Sub-Contract Agreements.
The role requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with competent computer skills in Excel and Word. Microsoft Project experience would also be beneficial.
