They’re currently looking for an Estates Inspector to take responsibility for the relevant contract management, procurement and the overall performance of the Estates Ground Maintenance.

In this role, you’ll inspect sites around the estates in order to support excellent service delivery standards. You’ll work with the Voids Manager to agree works and ensure that contractors comply with legislation and that works are programmed, coordinated and completed on time and to budget.

You’ll make a real difference to the quality of residents’ lives by ensuring the appearance of the estates are well maintained whilst building rapport to help to resolve complex issues. You’ll also work to establish close working relationships with stakeholders in order to understand specific business needs and suggest improvement ideas where necessary.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of the construction or maintenance industry including health and safety management. You’ll have proven work scheduling skills and the ability to conduct estate inspections and suggest improvement plans. They’re looking for an assertive and proactive approach to resolving technical and people issues so you must understand the voice of the customers and colleagues.
