Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 per year
An excellent opportunity to join one of the regions leading facade and installation companies.
Due to expansion they are looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in Curtain Walling and Facade installation.
Duties include,
Manage the facade installation in a timely and safely manor according to the company procedure.
To perform to the company standard all normal duties of a Contracts Manager Implementing all current HSE regulations and ensure full compliance
Have knowledge of curtain-walling systems ie Schuco or Reynears.
Prepare, agree and monitor all Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Programmes for all sub-contract operations Schedule, procure and monitor the supply of all materials and sub- contracted operations for the project to ensure that the overall programme is maintained
Assist estimators and team members in preparing quotes and monitoring variations Monitor, update and report on costs/budgets for all contract related purchases and expenditure including materials, plant, labour etc
Supervise and control all on-site operations with additional on-site assistance if required Minimum 5 years within the Curtain Walling and Windows.
Experience of working with an envelope contractor. as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
