Electrical Contracts Manager

My client is looking for a Electrical Contracts Manager to assist the Senior Contracts Manager (Electrical) in the delivery of a range of electrical engineering testing and inspection programmes, planned maintenance programmes and reactive maintenance.
The role holder will be required to liaise with the Maintenance and Compliance manager, Construction Services Commercial and Standards teams to ensure that framework contractual costs, fitness for purpose and statutory compliance meet standards and legislation requirements, challenging partnering contractors to provide improved performance, efficiencies and successful outcomes.
You will have 20 direct and indirect employees and contractors reporting to you.
Electrical engineering maintenance and compliance framework contracts will cover a wide range of building types and uses, plant and equipment and this role will ensure that consistent electrical maintenance standards and practice are applied across the estate and at varied locations – schools, offices, farms, public toilets, leisure centres, libraries, depots, community centres, galleries, theatres, education centres, respite and care centres.
