DKF are recruiting for an Experienced Contracts Manager (Asbestos Removals) for one of our national clients who has a new vacancy in their team covering Northeast England.

Our client has national coverage through a network of regional offices providing asbestos removal services to a varied client base that includes a number of term contracts to social housing and facilities management clients.

This specific opportunity is concentrating on the Northeast of England and involves, in conjunction with the existing contracts management team, taking responsibility for managing a number of existing clients and projects and also new contract wins for our client as their business continues to experience significant growth.

The ability to develop new opportunities through your own industry contacts and network is an advantage but is most certainly not a pre-requisite of this role – managing existing projects and others already won is very much the immediate focus of this role as an important addition to our client’s team.

You must have;

• ARCA (or equivalent) Contracts Manager training
• A minimum of 18 months experience in a contracts management / project management role
• Full driving licence

Main tasks of the role will be familiar with anyone currently working as an asbestos removal contracts manager.
