Content Operations Manager is a management opportunity where you will own the content publishing process at Quality Compliance Systems (QCS). QCS is the UK leader in policy content for the care sector. Our Content team ensures that QCS is continuously publishing a product and services portfolio to support our customers with their ability to meet regulatory requirements, deliver outstanding care and ensure evidence based best practice is followed. You will be leading the operational performance of this amazing and invaluable content publishing team.

* Manage the scheduling of workflows across all media and platforms
* Build operational efficiencies and processes to maximise productivity
* Ensure the integrity and format of all content meets quality standards
* Be the “ringleader” of the Content team and share their passion
* Liaise with the Development team on system improvement
* Manage the release of all content
* Lead and develop our sterling team of content administrators
