Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Your Role as a Health & Safety Trainer in East Midlands:
To be part of the Health & Safety Team providing accredited and non-accredited health and safety training and inductions to support the (multi national award winning) company management staff and operational subcontractors during the construction phase of a major and prestigious project in the East Midlands.
Reporting to the Project Manager, and in conjunction with the Company Health and Safety Training Manager, the role will assist the project team deliver ‘best in class’ health and safety standards at project level, as well as promoting the company behavioural safety training programme to all persons working on the project.
About You:
Experience of delivering training;
Health and safety qualification i.e. NEBOSH certificate;
An environmental qualification;
A Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (or similar) qualification;
Accredited to deliver Site Safety Plus courses;
Delivery of Behavioural Safety courses;
Minimum three years direct experience in a similar role;
Experience of developing and delivering H&S related training;
Experience of implementing safety behaviour programmes in construction projects.
