Construction Recruitment Consultant – White Collar

My Client is a successful and well known name in the construction recruitment market, they have become a prosperous company with a strong reputation. They pride themselves on honesty and they offer a transparent service to all, dedicating their resources to the needs of the Client. Specialising in building and construction, maintenance services, mechanical and electrical and trades and labour.

They place personnel into almost every constructional industry across the UK and have over 250 active Clients to contact and need someone to utilise these Clients to develop up a desk within White Collar and/or making Permanent placements

As a company they realise that the majority of their success is due to their team of consultants and they are very loyal, but now they are experiencing a period of aggressive plan for expansion.

You must be an experienced recruitment consultant (minimum 12 months proven track record of success making either White Coollar and/or Permanent placements within construction).

You will be a self motivated, go getter with drive, enthusiasm and passion who will rise to the challenge and strive for success. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be a proficient communicator (both verbal and written) with excellent interaction skills, you will be a keen business developer and capable of a full 360 role.

This is a KPI environment although the targets are realistic and achievable; target focused and eager to progress within the company.

The successful candidate will enjoy working with a fun but hard working team of like-minded people, a good salary and fabulous commission structure. In addition you must possess a driving license and have access to a car.

Basic Package up to £36,000 (DOE – possibly a bit more for a superstar), superb commission
