Salary: £30 – £36 per hour

A vibrant college in Staffordshire is seeking to appoint Construction Lecturer / Construction Trainer. They are in search of Construction Lecturer / Construction Trainer who are ready to make a difference to young people’s lives. It is an ideal role for individuals with significant industry experience in a trade, and also have experience training apprentices or managing a team. You must be committed, flexible and most importantly, an excellent team player.

Applicants need to have:

Level 3 in a relevant Construction area e.g. Bricklaying, Painting and Decorating, Plumbing, Electrical Installations etc.
A Teaching Qualification or willing to work towards
A creative, innovative approach to training others
A real desire to make a positive difference to young adults.
Assessors award (desirable)
