Salary: Up to £96,000 + car allowance and package

Mason-James is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager Planner, are you looking for a new role? We are working on behalf of a well-established highly reputable company who are offering a exceptional salary, security and a working flexibility.

The role will involve some travelling to the UK (England) and based in Augher. You will also have the option to work from home. You will receive a competitive salary, Car allowance as well as fuel card, laptop or desktop and a phone. All accommodation and travel expenses will be paid.

• Managing the programme on several large-scale projects from tender to delivery

• Developing a project programme from concept based on tender information provided

• Update programmes weekly

• Resource schedule and levelling to efficiently manage the project

• Ability to identify critical paths

• Develop baseline programmes to report

• Ability to demonstrate changes and change management contractually

• Develop a junior planer to develop and build a team to manage an increase in workload

Success Measures:

• Ensure good client and project team relationship

• Develop a relationship with the contracts manager and project managers

• Reporting where slippages are occurring so corrective measures can be put in place and avoid in the future

Skills & Experience:

• 3rd Level Project Management / Civil Engineering Degree

• NEC 3 & 4 Experience a necessity

• Experience of using P6
