Community Payback Officers Needed – Sw England

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the criminal justice system.

Our Client is currently seeking Community Payback Supervisors on a rolling zero hour contract basis covering various weekday and weekends shifts for offices in Dorset.

We are seeking people who have previous experience within the military, police or prison service. You will be retired, or possibly seeking extra work to fit around your current role. You will be taking part in projects alongside the offenders, projects range from graffiti removal to renovating church halls.

The ideal candidate will have

• Excellent DIY skills
• Previous experience in offender supervision, either in custody or in the community
• Excellent communication skills

Your duties will include:

• Supervising offenders in public places, including dynamic risk assessment
• Motivating offenders to complete the work
• Completing records of work undertaken, offender response and progress
• Instructing offenders in the correct use of equipment and, where necessary, how to complete tasks

You must have a D1E category on your driving license, access to a car and go through a DBS check to be considered for this role.
