Salary: £120 per hour
We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to work on a £100m refurbishment project in London.
This will be a large refurbishment internally and externally of an existing residential block of apartments and will include replacement of all cladding on the building.
You will be based on site working for one of the most recognisable names in the industry and as such we are looking for someone who has also worked for other recognisable names in the industry on similar value projects.
People management skills are a must as you will be overseeing 4 Quantity Surveyors as part of this role.
This role would be ideal for someone who is either already working as a Commercial Manager or is in a position as a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is keen to take a step up.
