Would you like to join a growing SME Retail Brand as a Finance Manager?

Are you a qualified accountant with experience of managing a small team and do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment?

This SME retailer is growing year on year and is looking for a key member to join their finance team at their headquarters which are based in West London.

The successful candidate will manage 3 direct reports and directly report to the Finance Controller.

Manage and develop your team.
Oversee the production of the group financial statements, P& L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow.
Responsible for producing monthly management accounts with analysis and presenting the results to the board.
Performing the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Producing reports with key KPI’s to monitor channel performance.
Assisting with the implementation of SAP.
Streamline processes and increase efficiency

We are looking for a strong candidate who is able to present to the management board on a monthly basis.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or relevant role in a retail organisation. Management experience within a previous role is required and you will need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified. You will be credible and a natural busimess partner to the shareholders of the business.
