Salary: £26,000 per year
An immediate Collections Advisor position due to continuing growth of business
Working for a longstanding established UK bank very close to Cardiff centre who truly value and keep their employees
You will be working on all Collections accounts from Day 1 to Write off. You will be responsible for the secure handling and safe keeping of sensitive customer information
You will need a background in Collections enjoy working in a team environment, totally customer focused
Along with your Collections experience you will need to have a flexible approach to working hours as this role is 35 hours over 7 days a week on a rota system
