CNC Miller
Job Description
An experienced miller to work in a highly skilled clean CNC machining workshop on complex and high value components for aircraft and military equipment. Programming, setting, and operating vertical and horizontal milling machines with FANUC and Mazak controls.
Working hours: Mon-Thu 07.00-17.30 and Fri 07.00-12.00 (39 hours basic + 6 hours overtime)
Salary £18-£20 depend on experience.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Milling.
- Ability to run multiple CNC machines when required.
- Ability to work well within a team, and as an individual.
- Full understanding of complex mechanical engineering drawings.
- Good focus on details
- A methodical approach to every tasks
DESIRABLE
- Milling experience with 4th axis and 5-axis.
- Experience of NX or FEATURECAM
- Experience of Fanuc and Mazak controls.
- Fixture manufacturing and tool making experience.
