Our client is an established and highly innovative online media company. They are now seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a friendly and ambitious professional ready to take their next step into a challenging but highly rewarding role with a dynamic and forward thinking business.

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role within one of our client’s key initiatives through the development of mutually beneficial relationships with potential business partners. You will actively contribute new business ideas to the company and become a significant factor of their ongoing growth and success.

After researching and connecting with organisations operating within a variety of highlighted fields, you will approach them via telephone, email and through face-to-face meetings and engage with them to form the basis of a business relationship. Working without script, you will tailor your approach to the individual organisation and take an empathetic stance towards your relationship where you have considered why partners would want to deal with you.

Explaining the advantage of partnership with our client, you’ll develop new ideas and propositions in conjunction with partners which will both strengthen and profit the relationship. You will reflect our client’s core values and work to enhance their reputation whilst monitoring progress and actively maintaining and developing relationships in order to pursue new possibilities when appropriate.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

– At least two years’ experience of dealing with customer accounts
– A degree

As a Client Relationship Executive, it is vital that you can forge exceptional relationships across industry and professional boundaries. With relentless optimism and an entrepreneurial spirit, you must be able to make first contact and always remain personable and articulate. An unflappable, people-orientated attitude is fundamental to your success.

An understanding of telecommunications and the issues surrounding broadband and related technologies would be beneficial to your application. Knowledge of SEO and/or SEM would also be advantageous.
