Client Relationship Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

The Opportunity:

You will be consulting as an experienced client/customer service practitioner, who will be working with an Agile IT development team to support, maintain and enhance a live government digital service. The service requires hands-on nurturing, via strong relationship management, consultative customer service and pro-active account management.

You will be working with key stakeholders to understand requirements and to identify areas in which the current service isn’t meeting these requirements to identify where improvements can be made, identifying, recommending and prioritising work so as to address platform improvements.

Skills and Experience:

• IT Consultancy experience (3 years +), preferably working in technical, agile-driven development environment
• Strong project coordination and client engagement skills, ideally with a relatable industry qualification
• Zendesk experience (or equivalent systems experience) is required, working to strict SLAs, using ticketing systems to prioritise and manage workloads and expectations
• Strong communication skills along with a proven ability of managing senior stakeholders in a technical environment, able to work across technical and functional teams
