Client Account Manager / Sheffield / £28k – £33k plus benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Account Manager based in Sheffield to work with an award winning agency.

The company are a strategic marketing, creative design and digital agency. The company is one of the region’s fastest growing agencies, with rapid growth in both revenue and activity base in recent years. The company are strategically led and creatively strong, they deliver relevant, innovative and results driven marketing solutions for their clients. The company’s services span the entire marketing mix. Much of their work is based around market share expansion and lead generation campaigns involving recruitment, retention and engagement to drive increased performance.

You will be responsible for supporting our work on some of our major client accounts within the manufacturing, construction and building products sector. You will have experience in working across a multi-channel approach. You should be comfortable working on technical product ranges. There is a strong B2B element to the work but it will also involve B2C campaigns. You will project manage a range of marketing communications projects to meet client objectives, and will deliver high levels of satisfaction and results. You will ideally have experience in an agency or perhaps working with agencies from a client perspective.

The job

Manage an agreed portfolio of client accounts on the following basis:
Manage all active projects from brief to delivery
Ensure that projects are delivered to desired creativity levels, high quality, on time and on budget

Essential Skills for Client Account Manager

Experience creating and managing projects
Strong digital element
Competent presenter
Ability to construct and manage budgets

Desirable Skills for Client Account Manager

Experience of managing direct mail
Experience of managing web site projects

Salary Range £33,600 – £39,600
