Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist
Rhondda Chiropractic Clinic is a vibrant, friendly, Chiropractic practice looking to help residents of the Rhondda and surrounding valleys that value their health and want a chiropractor who offers peace of mind and a thoroughly professional attitude.
The team is looking for a motivated, energetic and health focused Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join them in their growth.
You will be working closely with their clients and chiropractors, the ideal candidate will demonstrate personal confidence in a customer service setting, efficiency and organisation in their role. The position requires the running of their reception area, client receipting, bookings and phone calls as well as health promotion and education.
The successful candidate would be expected to:
-Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Possess a caring and vibrant personality to inspire and assist their clients, including many children.
-Show initiative and exude confidence in providing common sense solutions to problems that arise.
-Have a good administrative background with attention to detail.
-Assist in patient education to promote:
o Chiropractic Philosophy of healthcare,
o Eat Well,
o Move Well,
o Think Well
-Generate new patients and regular events within the clinic
-Increase awareness of the business both online and physically
-Maintain a relaxing yet informative environment within all patient areas: ensuring all information sources are current and presentable
-Improve patient retention and stimulate referrals
-Maintain a consistent and effective social media presence to generate new patients, educate and improve patient retention
-Assist in exercise demonstration/prescription
My client strives to deliver an outstanding professional service to the families in its community. The ideal candidate must bring enthusiasm and positivity to their role in the clinic, having an attitude of excellence in every task they undertake to deliver an exceptional client experience.
The position requires working 30: 35 hours over three to four days Monday through to Saturday. It is important that the successful candidate is flexible to increase their hours to cover holiday.
The initial starting salary is £26,000per year which will be reviewed and increased after a 3 month successful probationary period.
