Chief Human Resources Officer

Salary: £162,000 per year

About the Role:

The Role of Chief Human Resource Officer, will be remote homebased in the UK, with a salary up to £162,000. (Upto 20% travel to US, Middle East, Africa and Asia)

As a Chief Human Resource Officer you will be responsible in leading people management internationally, improving and driving HR strategies in order to:

• Attract, retain and advance a highly skilled, engaged and driven workforce 
• Ensure that all aspects of people management are compliant with their safeguarding and ethics & compliance standards.
• Complainant with employment laws within the jurisdiction in which they work.
• Manage the Global Support Office HR team and Regional HR teams to HR practices at country level
• Provide full HR support

About you:

will be a strategic HR executive, globally contributing to the organisation at all levels.

Professional HR qualification required. You will require a broad knowledge of employment laws, compensation and benefits practices, employee relations, safeguarding.

Successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and training skills, which will position you to work hand in hand with senior management/HR teams globally. Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory, and preferably in French as well.
