We are working with our client a privately owned boutique hotel and restaurant in Tiverton to find them a Chef de Partie to join their professional kitchen.

Job Specification for the Chef de Partie
The successful Chef de Partie will be used to working with fresh food and will have a proven track record of achievement of working in a professional kitchen. The Chef de Partie will have high standards of cooking

Person Specification for the Sous Chef
The successful Sous Chef will have a passion for food and enjoy cooking to a high standard. The role will be working with fresh local produce with a classic french twist. Experience in cooking for Weddings and conferences will be required.

Chef de Partie Salary
will be up to £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience plus tips and benefits.

Chef de Partie Hours
Split Shifts/Some Straights with a full-time permanent position
