Chartered Building Surveyor(Home Based Opportunity)

Property Talent and Link2Recruit are recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor in the nottinghamshire or midlands area to carry out residential building surveying services. Suitable candidates will be qualified to MRICS/FRICS level with VRS registration beneficial.

You will be left to your wn devices working from home so you must be experienced and have previous experience. You will be fully supported by a dedicated specialist admin team.

You must have experience in conducting some or all of the following:

RICS New Homebuyers Reports
Building Surveys
ValuationsYou will be technically proficient with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate at all levels. Managing a territory around Nottingham and possibly upto Sheffield on some occasions.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good level of previous experience in all key aspects of surveying disciplines.
