Chartered Building Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well established company based in the Romford, Essex area on a long term contract.

The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:

– Contract Administrator duties (Including diarising meetings, minutes, progress reports, cost reports, valuations, etc.)
– Employer’s Agent duties
– Feasibility estimates
– Site surveys and reporting
– Specifying works and drafting schedule of works
– Advising surveying team on build ability and design implications i.e. Building Regulation requirements, etc.
– Party Wall Surveying
– Condition survey reports for asset expenditure planning
– Building survey reports (non-residential)
– Dilapidations & licence to alteration advice

Experience of working on Public Sector, Corporate/Office, Residential, Education and Healthcare projects is extremely desirable.
