Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

We aim to be the best in the industry – to provide a one-stop solution and ongoing support to ensure your business stays connected. We’ve been doing that since 1992 and we look forward to doing it for many years to come.

We work directly with the leading names in the industry to provide you, with one contact, one bill and one solution for all your telecommunications and networking needs.

We are a privately-owned company with our team all under one roof. From day one we are dedicated to providing the most efficient, seamless support packages that work for you and your business. Our service level agreements will always ensure you know what to expect – a telephone call answered by an expert not an answerphone.

We employ the people to deliver the best results, to keep up with the fast-evolving telecommunications industry it has always been and will always remain our mission to be the best in the business, with the latest products and services

You will have to share our ethos, to come and work with us and in return, you will receive support from a company which likes nothing more than sharing success with our team.

The Role: To support and develop our resellers

* Must have a Telecoms Channel/Reseller background with experience in a similar Field-Based role.

* You must be able to demonstrate that you can grow, develop and support your regional business partner base.

* Must have experience and knowledge with fixed, hosted, and mobile products.

* You will report back to the Head of Indirect Channel on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to maintain positive progress and achieve forecasts and targets.

The following competencies are required for this position:

Communication

* Strong communication skills are required internally with our support teams, our management, and to be our mouthpiece with clear communication skills to engage with our partners.

Teamwork

* As a small and focused team, teamwork is paramount. A crystal clear understanding of the ethos and vision of the business and the team is essential.

* To contribute and support not only your own objectives but also that of the team. If you fail the team fails and if the team fails you fail.

Problem solving

* Initiative and independent solution making are required. As a home-based account manager the ability to be able to provide answers quickly and concisely to our partners without office-based support on occasion is important.

Self-Management

* It is essential to be able to manage yourself and your business without being monitored. Self-discipline, motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are key.
