Working with a FTSE 100 organisation we have opportunities for Change Manager / Business Improvement Consultant on a three to six month basis.
BASIC: £480 – £780 per day
LOCATION: Northamptonshire
JOB SPECIFICATION – Change Manager / Business Improvement Consultant
We are searching for up to three Change Management / Business Improvement Consultants to work with a top 100 FTSE company.
These roles are specifically to lead, challenge and facilitate change processes whilst also training staff to incorporate these.
The role will be very hands on working on a shop floor level observing day to day activities and recommending new ways of working to achieve maximum profitability alongside customer experience.
The position will include the following:
* Business Process Re-engineering.
* Activity analysis.
* Observations & development of a day in the life of team leader / supervisor / Branch Manager Etc.
* Data gathering – volumes, timings, sales, product mix, costs & seasonality.
* Identification of non-value adding activities (NVA) and waste and development of action plans in the removal of waste.
* Development of flexible labour models.
* KPI development & the implementation of performance management systems to drive a continuous improvement culture and measurable performance improvements.
* Training needs analysis & the development of a multi skilled workforce.
* Organisation design inc RACI matrices.
* Design, implementation and roll out of TOM’s.
REQUIREMENTS: – Change Manager / Business Improvement Consultant
The suitable candidate will have proven experience working within Change management / Business Improvement ideally within either building services industry or the building trade industry.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Change management / Business Improvement / Continuous Improvement / change consultancy / process improvement / Change project management /
