Change and Challenge Assistant Data Analyst

Provide high level quality and comprehensive administrative/secretarial / PA and/or finance /performance / management information role to a team or service in relation to any of the functions undertaken, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient and customer focused service within required timescales and in line with Corporate policies.
Set up, maintain and review processes and systems to ensure effective day to day operation of the service in accordance with relevant legislative and statutory requirements.
Work effectively as part of a team and actively contribute to the smooth running of the service.

intermediate excel skills are required candidate must demonstrate that they have experience in the following

1. Prioritise own work according to tight, competing and rapidly changing deadlines imposed from a number of external and internal sources, often at very short notice, and to ensure that work is phased and completed to meet deadlines and to fit in with other schedules; to negotiate appropriate deadlines where this is possible and where new systems are being established

2. Work with large amounts of sensitive data to improve often disparate and poor quality source information

3. Keep abreast of developments in ICT and to identify, implement and use appropriate new developments in ICT hardware and software, including the sophisticated and strategic use of database, spreadsheet for information and analysis.

4. Maintain accurate and clear records and files of all relevant statistical and planning information, to facilitate easy access by other colleagues and services as and when.
