Catering Assistant

Salary: £26,000 per year

Due to a new contract win, dhRecruitment Dundee are looking for a Catering Assistant to work with our customer based in Dundee.

This is a varied role within a fast paced kitchen environment, offering regular full time hours and an immediate start.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Food preparation and cooking as required

* Adhering to menu’s and service standards

* Excellent customer service skills

* Food presentation

* Adhering to food safety and HACCP, risk assessments and health and safety

* Cleaning as required around the department

* General assistance as directed by line manager

Pay and Hours:

* Full time hours

* Shifts run from around 2pm to 10pm (flexibility required)

* Must be able to work every weekend plus 3 shifts throughout the week

* £26,000 per year

* Hospitality or Catering experience is essential for this role
