Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Social Housing Contractor to recruit a skilled and efficient Carpenter or Multi Trade Operative, to join their team in Croydon covering South London working in occupied, and void properties. Ideally, we are looking for a tradesman who has social housing or domestic repairs/maintenance experience. Trade Qualification desirable.

We are looking for somebody to join as soon as possible, you will need to use your own transport.

This is a full time role with a 40-hour working week, you will also be required to be on the call out rota. You will receive a competitive hourly rate, with overtime and call outs paid additionally.
