My client, a forward thinking association that helps people find affordable homes, is now looking for Multi Traders with well honed skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorating.
You will be working in all areas of the properties, but particularly in bathrooms and kitchens.
The Role: Multi Trader
To carry out work as directed.
To ensure all relevant information is supplied accurately, clearly and promptly as required.
Carry out all works including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, vinyl flooring, decorating and tiling as required to complete all building work to the required standard.
Carrying out complete replacement kitchens & bathrooms, as well as repairs
Surveying, measuring and assessing
Ordering materials
Skills / Experience Qualifications: Multi Trader
Able to work alone / unsupervised as required
Good Health & Safety knowledge
Multi skilled
Committed attitude
A Disclosure Report is required for this post
Clean driving licence (company van supplied)
