Caretaker

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Caretaker to live and work in this popular housing scheme in the Lake District with two bedroom accommodation available. They are self-contained flats within a historic building in the market town of Cockermouth.

You will be required to provide support to customers and maintain communal areas of the building.

Who we’re looking for

You will have experience of working with members of the general public.The ability to complete standard type forms and basic reports and must be able to work without daily supervision and be self-motivated
