Carer / Healthcare Assistant / Support

We are looking for HCA/Support Workers, who really enjoy making a difference, to cover temporary shifts in Extra Care Schemes and/or Learning Disabilities units located in Hillingdon. We are interested in you if you are looking for some extra shifts, want the flexibility that temping provides or are looking for something to cover your search for a full-time role. Duties will include supporting the registered manager, following Person Centred Care and Support plans, being responsible for creating a welcoming and homely environment for the service-users, promoting best practice and the day to day running of the project. Successful candidates will ideally have an NVQ 2/3 in Care and minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role. You will be required to be referenced and undergo an enhanced CRB check. Salary: £26,000per year PAYE (depending on shift pattern)
