Salary: £45,600 – £50,400 per year
Operations Manager required for a well-established care company based in West Yorkshire & Lancashire that care and support to a range of clients across their home network.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee 5 care/Nursing Homes in the West Yorkshire area (Huddersfield, Halifax and Leeds).
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the homes in your area and to support the Home Managers. To ensure that all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to by all staff. To ensure that all legal requirements are complied with, within defined timescales.
The company offer a progressive and people orientated working environment with on going training and development for all employees.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum 2 years experience as an Operations/Regional Manager within the Care Sector.
