£45-£67k dependant on experience
Our client is seeking a Care Group Manager to be based in Berkshire to work along side and report to the Operations Director within the Unscheduled Care Division to provide financial and operational management of effective, high quality service and care within Theatres, Anaesthetics and critical care..
Key responsibilities:
To be accountable for the agreed budgets for service lines within the Care Group.
Work with the Divisional Finance support to identify cost improvement plans and budget changes that will improve financial performance.
Be responsible for the achievement of the targets set within the Care Group.
Ensure that Health and Safety polices are followed within the Care Group.
Lead investigations of complaints, meetings with complainants to resolve their complaint in line with Policy.
To participate in the senior manager on-call rota.
You must have:
Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
Experience in business planning and service development.
Demonstrable inter-personal communications skills, with a track record in writing complex business cases and policies.
Self motivated and commitment to improving patient services.
