The role of a Healthcare Assistant is to support and Care for Elderly Residents in all aspects of their daily lives, ensuring they receive a good standard of physical, emotional and a high standard of Healthcare
About the Client
25 bed home, providing both residential care and supported living within Surrey green belt area, who require a Night Care Assistants to join there steady growing team on Nights
Candidate expectations for a Healthcare Assistant
Required
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Team worker.
* Dignity, sensitivity.
* Time management.
* Understand manual handling policies.
* Driver.
* Current and updated DBS
Preferential
* Experience of working with adults in need of Healthcare.
* Knowledge of Elderly and community care.
* Experience in residential care or supported care.
