Hiring Health Care Assistant for – Adult unit with Mental Health

Location: South West London, SW15

Vacancy Type:Permanent – Full Time

Salary: £26,000per year dependent on experience

Hours:37.5 per week

We are now recruiting for a number of enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Assistant in South West London Area. These are adult clients with Mental health issues.

The location is set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment, offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment

We are looking for someone who has experience or keen interest in Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders or General Psychiatric knowledge to work alongside our multi-disciplinary team ensuring the wellbeing and care of patients with eating disorders.

Duties:

– Personal care

– Build strong and trusting relationships with people.

– Meeting the psychological needs of a diverse group of service users with varying degrees of mental and physical issues

– You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people.

– Will work with the team as you will work alongside qualified nurses and staff from other professions.

– Previous experience within a healthcare setting desirable

– A strong sense of responsibility

– Effective communication skills

– Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude
