A lovely care home in Barton On Sea is looking for Care Assistant’s to become a personal carer, friend and companion to their residents.

This is an established home with all five regulatory key lines of enquiry being rated Good by CQC. The home can accommodate around 20 residents. This Care Home ensures that quality is at the forefront of everything they do. They offer specialist care to assist people living with dementia. Their aim is to combine a safe environment and personal relationships with first class attention from their dedicated staff. They respect the rights, choices, and preferences of everybody living at the home

Benefits of the Care Assistant role: 

An increased hourly rate if you already have an NVQ in Health and social care 

Full training offered to achieve an NVQ 

Weekend Enhancements (£0.50p per hour)

Various shifts available; 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm and a night shift from 8pm-8am
