•Implementation of the Care plan
•Working within the community Providing care and support to clients in their own homes
•Supporting and Maintaining individuality and freedom of choice through care
•Promoting Independence
The Care Assistants Daily duties
•Personal care (washing & showering, changing pads )
•Dressing and undressing
•Prompting and administering medication
•Supporting people in their own home
•Making meals & drinks (breakfast, lunch, dinner )
•Hoisting clients in /out of their beds and transferring them
•Shopping
•Social appointments
•Risk assessments
