Call Desk Advisor

Our client is looking for a professional and enthusiastic individual with a very strong experience in customer services.

The position is based in a very modern office located on the outskirts of Halifax.

Full time: Temporary – Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm MUST be flexible to work weekends on rota basis (Saturday 7.30am – 3.00pm & Sunday 7.30am -1.00pm)
Salary: £26,000per year

This position is a very involved customer Service role. The successful candidate will be responsible for inbound customer calls.

Main duties of the role will involve:
• Main responsibilities will be to answer incoming customer calls (fix faults/booking faults/service visits).
• You will be trained on how to diagnose and fix faults over the telephone rather than send an engineer immediately.
• You will be liaising with other professional people over the phone including, NHS Managers, Hotel Managers, Nursing Home Managers etc.
• Required to update the computer database with all the details of the job taken from the customer
• Working in a very busy team environment
• There are a variety of admin duties including, checking levels of cover, type of SLAs your client has, recording all client requirements
• Need to be able to build good relationships with customers, other internal departments, colleagues and engineers
• Handling calls that required urgent attention and to keep the customer calm, with the ability to assure them that you will fix their urgent need
• Will ensure the engineer is given accurate information of the job they need to complete for the customer

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to deliver a professional customer service.
Excellent time management, organisational skills and fantastic telephone manner are also required!
