£16k Basic + Excellent Commission
(£50 per qualified lead)
Hours: 11am – 7pm (Mon – Thurs) 10am – 6pm (Fri)
No Weekends!

THE COMPANY:
Exciting opportunities are available to join this vibrant call centre based in Old Trafford, Manchester. The company are working on a number of new campaigns within the consumer market place and require a number of pro-active sales focussed professionals to join the team. This is an opportunity join a company that have big plans for the future.

THE ROLE:
Call Centre Opportunities
Working within a fast paced Outbound call centre environment via an automated dialler system
To proactively identify and generate qualified personal injury claims for a number of insurance companies.
Using your excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads
You will need to be able to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute to the team’s success
You should be comfortable working as part of a team but have confidence to be self-organised and have the ability to use your own initiative.

THE CANDIDATE:
You should have current and relevant Outbound Call Centre Sales/ Lead Generation or Telesales experience
An excellent telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
Be target / results driven
Sound PC / keyboard skills
Good questioning skills with an ability to convert into a lead quickly
Resilient & have a real desire to succeed
A can do attitude
