PRG’s client, a globally recognised brand have multiple requirements for Customer Service Advisors to play a key part in their current growth and success.

This is temporary role that will offer the right candidates an opportunity for a permanent role within their business in the future.

Some of the key duties will include:

• Answer queries and aim to resolve these at first point of contact
• Promote the brand at all times to customers
• Liaise with mainly IFA’s
• Investigate and resolve any issues with your customers
• Have the customers best interest as number one priority and build strong rapport

Skills/Experience required:

• Previous experience of working in a customer focussed telephone role, preferably
• Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and use initiative when solving problems
• Be able to handle all different types of people over the telephone and be able to handle difficult conversations along with showing empathy
• Ability to use multiple IT systems
• Passionate and enthusiastic
• Possess fantastic communication skills and a willingness to help others
• Be able to pass a credit check and disclosure Scotland
