40 Call Centre Advisors – Middleton – Immediate Starts

Our Client based in Middleton (Greater Manchester M24 )immediate starts for both Inbound and Outbound Call Centre Advisors .

Duties include calling existing customers of one of the leading UK networks.

Permanent positions

Outbound Positions

Salary £14k rising to £14.5 k after 6 months continous service, plus commission. OTE £21k

Shift pattern Monday to Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 11am-7pm and Fridays 10am -6pm. No weekends.

Other benefits include : 28 days holidays and free carparking onsite

Inbound Positions also required with a starting Salary £13,100

Essential criteria

·Minimum 4- 6 months experience from customer service / sales/ retail/ call centre background

·Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets is preferable

·Excellent telephone manner essential

· Computer literate
