We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor to join our team based in Bolton. The role is a full time, permanent position offering a Salary: £26,000.

Call Centre Advisor – Role Purpose

Support & assist Operations in the provision of reactive maintenance in order to maintain/develop the building fabric of the estate.

Support & assist Regional Surveyors to ensure company standards are achieved

Salary: £26,000per year

Call Centre Advisor – Key Responsibilities

This role would suit a graduate of any discipline especially from the property / technical background.

General

– Assist in the provision of reactive property and equipment maintenance to the organisation

– Minimise surgery downtime – absolute priority

– Receiving initial call from site/ triaging & agreeing priorities

– Invoice approval, ensuring appropriate approval process is followed

– Coordination of major incidents / management of insurance claim process/ site closures

– Management of Regional Planned Preventative Maintenance

Budgetary

– Ensuring identified repairs are undertaken in appropriate timescales

– Manage asset history to identify recurring issues to reduce future expenditure

– Continually review regional contractor base

– Identify, evaluate & implement process improvement and/or cost reduction opportunities.

Relationships

– Liaison with Estates to ensure lease liabilities are met within the agreed SLA’s

– Liaison with SRM to ensure a companywide approach to capital installations

– Liaison with regulatory bodies when directed by the RS
