Hours: 40 hours p/week inclusive of weekends, Immediate starts available, Up to 9 months fixed term contract, Various full time shift patterns available, core shifts will be between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Job Description:
Ventrica is a dynamic, fast-growth customer management business that provides outsourced customer service for an array of blue-chip brands. We are an innovative business with a growing reputation here in the UK for technical innovation and digital transformation. We are currently recruiting home-based customer service advisors to support the business on a fixed-term basis for a period of up to 9 months. You will be joining our amazing and supportive team, whilst having the flexibility to work from the comfort of home. You will be providing exceptional customer service, predominantly via a combination of outbound and inbound calls.

How Do I Get the job?

Please note that you will need to complete the training package below before being offered an interview. Training is funded and offered at no charge to the individual.

Training is either delivered in our COVID safe, training centre, in small groups where we have social distancing and protective measures following Department of Education guidance or it can be delivered online in the safety of your own home in a virtual class group led by one of our tutors- the choice is yours. When you complete the course you will be interviewed for the role.
