Agent Self Employed – Card Payment Systems

We are seeking B2B Sales people who want to develop their own venture as Agents of an established and fast expanding national card Payment Services Provider – (Card Payment – Chip n Pin service provider )

The Client have 200 agents in the UK and have created additional vacancies to cover specific Postcode areas where they have roles immediately

This is a commission based role with OTE ranging year 1 from £30K – £70K.

You need to be a car owner driver with good experience of Direct selling to Small Businesses and immediate credibility as an Individual when you walk through the door – as you will be talking to Business Owners in some volume every day.

Full training is provided – The Client runs a comprehensive 4 day Training Course on Induction and supports with Field based Training on an ongoing basis.

You will be meeting initially with every independent Retailer, Restaurant owner, Hotelier, Club, Society, Bar or Accountancy Firm Solicitors Firm within your Area to Offer them up to 35% saving against their current chip n pin Service Provider for their day to day Chip and Pin when they reach their review date.

This is a high cost item for the independent shops and they buy into the significant Savings opportunity – which is ongoing – quite quickly agreeing to formal quotes from you to “prove” the opportunity. Once quoted you can secure the sales.

They review their supplier once a year – so you build a pipeline of anniversaries for the review – some are immediate sales, some are for the following month and some are of course later in the year.

As you build a Prospect List of calendar renewal dates – each month of the year becomes easier as you start every subsequent month with known Prospects to quote – who have all already agreed you can quote.

The process is we discuss the above with you on the phone and seek to understand your relevant skills and motivation – then assuming we are asked to refer the CV over we then send it to the Client for their review with notes from our discussion. It gives you opportunity to ask us all about the role and gather information about the opportunity.

We then anticipate the Client will contact you initially by phone – to discuss the exact local area and give you the area history etc.

If that goes well they then invite shortlisted candidates to face to face Interview.

If appointed you start immediately following the next Training Course for new joiners.

If the vacancy is already taken then they don’t call a Candidate whose CV subsequently arrives

If you work hard in the first 6 months it is likely to assure a good year 1 income – if that income is good then with the amount of Prospects you will have gained your Year 2 will fly.
