Weekly hours: Various full-time hours available between Monday-Sunday, 10:00am-8:00pm

We are recruiting Test & Trace – International Travel Agents for the Covid-19 NHS Test & Trace campaign. This role is 100% remote working so candidates can reside anywhere within the UK to carry out this role.

If you have experience of working in a Call Centre / Call Handling environment or have been carrying out similar work remotely and would like to be considered for the campaign, please contact us immediately. Full training will be given but you MUST have a fully working Laptop / PC with min 8gb RAM – you will also need to have the most recent version of Windows 10 and Google Chrome.

It is essential that candidates have previous experience of carrying out a call centre or call handling customer service role as the volumes of calls being made are currently high. Candidates with previous Test & Trace experience are ideal although this is now not essential.

Duties

* You must have a Windows 10 laptop or PC with minimum 4GB of RAM, and a landline/mobile phone

* Working remotely from home

* Outbound calling – previous call centre/customer service experience essential

* Calls will be approx. 10 – 15mins

* All calls will be monitored for compliance purposes

* Meeting set targets

* Data entry

* Full training will be given
