Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
A Peterborough based Structural Engineers, is looking to appoint a CAD Technician who has structural experience to join their team at their office on the Lynchwood Business Park, Peterborough.
Under the supervision of a Director, the position will be suitable for a person who has:
– AutoCAD LT experience and is proficient in its use to produce structural drawings specifically relating to buildings.
– Preferably completed an HND/OND (or equivalent) – although a trainee working towards such a qualification will be considered.
– IT skills – to include word and outlook.
– Basic knowledge of drawing and detailing of building structures.
Working within a small team that is proud of the quality of service it delivers to its clients, the individual must have an outgoing and friendly personality in addition to good communication skills both written and oral. Accuracy, attention to detail and using one’s initiative is essential.
The salary offered will be according to skills and experience.
