Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per yearinitially (26k+ with 5 years experience)

The role will involve producing drawings and relevant documentation for both Petrol Filling Stations and Electric Vehicle Charging points. As the candidate gains more experience and the role progresses, the role may grow to include architectural works for residential and commercial projects.

The role will also involve carrying out site visits and surveys around the country, in order to take measurements and photographs of proposed sites. This will initially be with a senior member of staff until the CAD Technician is comfortable completing these alone. With this in mind, on occasion, this may include overnight stays in order to visit multiple site locations in the same area.

The CAD technician will be producing CAD drawings, including site plans, general arrangement layouts and elevations, alongside producing documents to comply with CDM Regulations.

The role will also involve ensuring drawings from other consultants are coordinated with master site plans and the company’s drawings.
