Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Bates & Bradshaw are working in partnership with Wren Kitchens who are based in South Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire and they are a leading manufacturing business who supply bespoke products across the UK. Critical purpose of role:

* Develop and Manage relationships with key suppliers.

* Maximising stock availability through buying the correct quantities based on forecast.

* Work to increase the customers product portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

* Maintain forecast tool data to accurately plan orders. work with suppliers to forecast annual usage to plan for the year

* Maintain stock levels to deliver to customers OTIF, keeping overstocks to a minimum.

* Maintain, chase, and expedite purchase orders with suppliers to ensure delivery timescales are met.

* Manage day to day projects and any issues that arise.

* Actively liaise with other departments to drive development projects,

* Become an expert in the products you manage. Constantly reviewing the categories to improve product and service and holding quarterly supplier performance reviews.

* Work closely with key customers to work on processes and procedures to make sure customers are receiving the quality-of-service Wren strive to offer.

* Ensure product information and pricing is maintained and correct, look at ways to increase the overall margin on products

* Assist purchasing manager with Annual reviews on product and pricing

* Maintain and analyse supplier KPI’s, work with supplier to increase KPI’s, striving for perfection
